Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures to ensure surgery downtime is kept to a minimum.
- Working closely in dental environments on intraoral x-ray units (diagnose dental conditions), dental chairs, autoclaves, suction pumps, water disinfectors, intraoral scanners.
- Issuing advice and support to Dental professionals to elongate the lifespan of equipment as well as when to replace it.
- Support the office team with technical advice.
- Provide telephonic technical support to customers.
- Assist in the production of quotations and invoices through accurate record keeping.

Person Specification

Person specification
- Have strong electromechanical experience
- You must possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
- Strong technical thought process to allow for engineering solutions.
- Polite, thoughtful, and friendly personality to be easily approachable by all persons.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines through multi-tasking.
- Confident to drive within the geographical area (valid drivers license essential).
