Our client is recruiting for a VP/Head of European Operations across EMEA markets to shape the company strategy, develop and build the Sales team and ensure high business targets are achieved.Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sales strategy: execute regional level strategies for the sales team and ensure targets are met.2. Europe Sales and Operations Work: Whilst working cross-functionally with the China team, ensure smooth operation of the whole European Sales team.
3. Team Management: Monitor direct reports to achieve business goals.
4. Cross colaboration with other departments: in particular with the Marketing team.
5. Other main duties: Includes market reasearch.
Person Specification
Education: Master or above, prefer major in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or relatedExperience: 10+ years of related experience in the field of Sales or Marketing in the healthcare industry
High business acumen
Able to secure big sales opportunities
