Zenopa are excited to be recruiting for a global Point of Care Ultrasound company that are looking for a new Clinical Application Specialist to work across their London (and Surroundings - Kent, East Anglia etc), primarily focused on London hospitals.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who is driven, enthusiastic and proactive to strengthen our client' team. This Clinical Apps Specialist will be responsible for pre-sale and post-sale customer support in hospitals (A&E, ICU etc) as well as other account types, for supporting the sales team in establishing and developing new markets, to build and deliver post-sales installation training and provide product demonstration support to help the business meet targets within the region.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

" Build and deliver post-sales installation training as required within the regions specified and other geographical areas as required to meet business needs.
" Providing after sales support to customers, for applications and technical support including DICOM connection. Both onsite and virtually
" Provide product demonstration support in hospitals, clinics, private offices, and other medical facilities. Both on-site and virtually
" Support tradeshows and other marketing activities
" Complete required administrative activities
" Provide customer feedback to Marketing

Person Specification

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
-/ Ideally a couple of years as a Clinical Specialist, preferably within a medical devices company and experience in ultrasound medical devices is essential;
-/ Previous or current experience working as a Sonographer or similar in a hospital environment - using Point of Care ultrasound equipment
-/ Current knowledge of the Point of Care medical imaging market, relating to ultrasound would be a preference;

Must have a UK driving licence and eligibility to work in UK without sponsorship.
