This agency deliver integrated digital marketing solutions using their expertise in content, social media, search engine and influencer marketing. Their client portfolio at the moment consists of GSK, Merck and BI among others. They have also brought all the expertise in house including building creative, digital and technical teams.
The Client Services Team are looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to lead the development of priority UK and International accounts.
There is flexible working options, you can choose to be office-based, remote or combination of the two.
This agency offer considerable strategic and tactical expertise in digital marketing and medical
communications, helping clients:
Improve their understanding of the online HCP environment
Define innovative, digital medical communications strategies and tactics
Deliver highly effective, compliant digital and online campaigns
Method launched in September 2017 with three founding partners, Sam Collins, Simon Preece and Jon Rayner., they have since taken on another two partners as they continue to expand and currently their staff headcount sits at around 45 with new staff joining every month and further expansion planned for next year.
Role Overview
Senior Account Director
Purpose
To drive the maintenance and growth of allocated accounts by providing the leadership and direction which delivers the best, most expert, digital services, solutions and client service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Internal:
To help and guide colleagues to successfully address client needs and expectations
To constantly seek to drive up standards of delivery to our clients
To lead and coach direct line reports to deliver and succeed in their roles
External:
To represent the agency by providing the best, most expert, digital services, solutions and customer service
To maintain and grow client revenue to defined and agreed quarterly targets
To Identify and secure new business
Responsibilities
Internal:
Set the example of the standards expected, demonstrating the attitudes and behaviours expected of colleagues
Ensure client projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget
Provide account leadership and direction that constantly pushes for excellence and innovation
Support and coach direct line reports to achieving the clear and agreed objectives
Represent the best interests of clients
External:
Be the senior contact for agreed clients
Seek to add value to every output and client interaction
Ensure proactive behaviour
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Internal
Proactive driving of internal progress meetings, representing the voice of the agency.
Planning and coordination of appropriate internal resource
Effective and accurate briefing, ensuring client expectations are fully met
Oversight and review of outputs to ensure high quality: relevant, accurate and timely delivery
Accurate forecasting and planning of ongoing client deliverables
Ongoing account planning for allocated client accounts
Allocation and delegation of appropriate client responsibility to direct line reports (e.g., SAM, AM, AE etc.)
Coaching and developing line reports, including conducting annual and mid-year reviews for direct line reports
Putting in place any required support, intervention, and training for direct line reports
External
Proactive driving of account client interactions, adding value and representing the voice of the agency.
Development of a deep understanding of the client, brands, and therapy areas and communicating this across the client services team
Proactive identification of organic and new business opportunities and driving plans to secure associated revenue growth
Handling of any issues and management of client expectations on all deliverables

Qualifications
Essential: graduate qualification; ideally a science and/or marketing
Desirable: post-graduate qualification in marketing/digital marketing

The successful candidate will:

ullet Experience and expertise in digital marketing and online communications
