Role Overview

The position involves product training relating to Toto Lateral Turning across various customer groups including Loan Stores, Acute customer groups, Care Home Staff, Community clinicians and non NHS clinicians and stakeholders. Key contacts will be Tissue Viability Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Nursing staff within care homes, Ward Staff within hospitals, Third Party Providers (Loan Stores), Specialist Nurses such spinal unit staff, also supporting exhibitions for Product display and demonstration

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:
ullet A proven record gained through direct in medical device field sales
ullet Experience in reporting back to the business on customer engagement activity, captured correctly via Hubspot CRM with pre and post call customer objectives secured, and conversation dialogue reported comprehensively.
Capacity for challenging work, dedication, passion for positive patient outcomes.
Ability to manage and maximise various business relationships across all customer groups demonstrating Frontier Medical as a trusted business partner to assess (ROI).
