The additional section to its website is called Sterilisation Services and has details that may be of interest to those working in the medical devices and diagnostics industry, as well as employees in commercial laboratories and the pharmaceutical market.

It aims to provide information to users quickly and easily with an improved page layout and design.

As well as containing information about the services the business can provide, there are also details about the technologies that are used to sterilise and decontaminate.

This week Isotron ? a provider of sterilisation services that Synergy acquired in 2007 ? announced it is set to host a number of education days on microbiological validation and compliance.

Industry experts will be at hand to discuss regulations for irradiated products and future standard developments.

First formed in 1983, Isotron now has a network of 19 sites in nine countries across Europe, Asia and South Africa.
