Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our growing team in London. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, overseeing the development of healthcare communications strategies and delivering effective campaigns that meet client objectives. You will work closely with a talented team of account managers, creatives, and strategists to deliver best-in-class healthcare communications solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical industry
Oversee the development of healthcare communications strategies that meet client objectives and drive results
Ensure the successful delivery of healthcare communications campaigns and programs
Mentor and manage a team of account managers and junior staff members
Attend industry events and network with key stakeholders in the healthcare communications industry

Person Specification

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
8+ years of experience in healthcare communications advertising
Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to grow and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare communications landscape
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
