Role Overview

We are recruiting for a team of Clinical Specialists across the UK and this territory specifically covers Hereford, Worcester and Shropshire. Our our client has acquired a type 2 diabetes product and are building a sales team across the UK.

The product is a prescription medication that is that is used to lower blood sugar (glucose) in adults with type 2 diabetes, to reduce the risk of Major cardiovascular events.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- To plan and carry out the promotion of the portfolio to UK Health professionals (across primary and secondary care)
- Utilise available data to prepare and implement a territory business plan.
- Agree, implement and regularly review business objectives and personal development plans with line manager.
- Identify and liaise with KOL's and advocates to develop or maintain local guidelines

Person Specification

Diabetes experience with a network of HCP contacts (desirable)
Proven track record of achievement
Strong commununication and presentation skills
Strong account planning and organisation skills
Driving licence
Hospital formulary application (desirable)
