Associate Director

We are looking for a highly experienced, capable and proven leader to join the Senior Management Team of the practice at a very exciting time in our development.



Experience must be in ethical healthcare, with Consumer Health expertise as an added advantage (but not the main purpose of the role). Agency background is essential, although we'd consider in house, subject to them having considerable previous agency experience. They must also demonstrate a mix of UK and global experience, and have a proven record in leading, managing and growing a profitable portfolio of business. Role includes client service and team leadership for a global pre-launch pharmaceutical in an area of high unmet clinical need.

Person Profil

· Good organizational awareness of international clients and agency teams.

· Has extensive agency experience of providing senior leadership on ethical healthcare accounts currently at Associate level not SADs

· Ideally UK and international experience

· Experience of leading new business pitches and high level of skill at developing proposals

· Self-confidence and capability to act as the main lead for all new business activity

· Highly developed customer relationship management and influencing skills

· Natural leadership capabilities, with exceptional people management instincts and experience. Empathetic.

· Change orientation and solutions focused mind-set

· Energy and positivity

· Collaborative and collegiate mind-set

· Strategic outlook

· Used to and remains calm under pressure. Can juggle multiple priorities.
