This is a fantastic role for an experience Account Executive to join one of the Top International Medical Education Agencies.

Purpose: To control accounts and/or implement projects in order that the objectives of the client and agency are met. This involves developing a strong client relationship and effective management of internal resources to ensure good teamwork and that company standards are maintained.

Key duties:
1)Client support
-Knowledge of client environment
-Basic knowledge of therapeutic area
-Agree and maintain schedules
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Agree communication process and working practice with client
-Timely and appropriate advice on projects
-Able to develop relationships with clients
-Take and communicate client brief
-Dependent upon editorial for copy development
-Able to lead discussions with client on own projects
-Thorough understanding and excellent implementation of company financial processes
-Responsible for development of written proposals, budgeting, monitoring of budgets, timely invoicing, provision of invoice tracker etc
-Effective management of own time
-Good negotiation skills (external suppliers and with client)

2) Internal Liason
-Effective and appropriate liaison with all agency departments
-Ensure agreement and achievement of deadlines
-Help to ensure efficient working practices with other departments ensuring clear communication, briefing and feedback and promoting teamwork
-Understand and lead team in following agency internal processes
-Develop feedback process with manager and team
-Ensure clear briefing (and debriefing) of team
-Flexible to take on extra roles/responsibilities within the account team when needed
-Share best practice across account team and departments
-Demonstrate maturity

3) Delivery
-Ensure delivery of content and output to meet client brief
-Excellent project management and organisational skills to ensure projects are on time, on budget, on message/spec
-Clear written communication with client and internal team (e.g. proposals, status reports)
-Set up and drive processes to enable team deliver agreed financial targets in an effective manner
-Proactive and service orientated, aims to exceed client expectation
-Aims to exceed expectations

4) Business Development
-Very good knowledge of agency products
-Proactively develop business within existing account
-Look for opportunities for agency products within existing account
-Develop knowledge of client long-term plans for existing product
-Wide knowledge of client company and key roles
-Good presentation and communication skills

5) Management
-Work with manager for self and staff development including mentoring, coaching and training as required
-Manage team capacity and responsibilities
-Ensure clarity of responsibility/role for each team member
-Line management responsibilities including performance grading, appraisals and objective setting
