Job title: Group Brand Manager (Immunology Products Group)

Team: Managing a team of 3 direct reports

Job Purpose
To manage the marketing function of the brand team in order to deliver on the brand-marketing strategies, including product development and implementation of these strategies through marketing campaigns, which maximise return on investment for the brands.

Major Accountabilities

" Develop brand-marketing strategies to match the position of the brand in its product life cycle.
" Lead the portfolio assessment and implementing agreed management plans.
" Develop plan to market product through innovative promotional campaigns, utilising the full marketing mix as appropriate.
" Undertake complete analysis of the effectiveness of strategy and monitor implementation.
" Full budgetary responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns are within agreed spending limits.
" Influence the sales management and sales teams to ensure promotional campaigns are executed appropriately.
" Liaise closely with all relevant brand team support functions as required
" Prepare brand plan, update and long-range plan (LRP) in area of product responsibility.
" Management and development of direct reports

General Accountability
" Deliver sales goals.
" Manage A&P budgets
" Complete associated administration.
" Business planning.
" Achieving objective deadlines.
" Producing marketing plans.
" Forecasting.
" Developing product strategies/campaigns observing all Company and Industry standards (i.e. Code of Ethics & Compliance).
