Overall accountability for the management of the UK Marketing team, for the assistance in creation of strategic planning in line with the Sales Director.

Major Accountabilities

" Responsibility for the strategic and day-to-day management of the Marketing team
" Accountability for product pricing in line with company policy
" Responsibility for the planning of the rolling 18 months forecast to hit the global targets
" Measurement of company sales and profit performance against forecast and pro-active recommendation of corrective action as required
" Accountability for global reporting requirements
" Data owner for the Strategic Demand Planning process
" Accountability for the deployment of new products into Sales in conjunction with the Operations team
" Responsibility for the creation, initiation and/or management of various marketing or cross-functional projects as required
" To take a pro-active role in the Sales and Marketing management team
" Co-ordination with the sales managers and sales representatives as required
" Responsibility for development of the Sandoz brand
" Responsibility for the maintenance of the UK Intranet homepage
" To act as the Communications Officer for Sandoz UK
