Job-Paket

PERMANENT:
Basic salary negotiable.
Bonus scheme currently under review. - up to 18k per annum - based on sales versus target - a 100% sales would reap approx £5k per year
26 days holiday, Non contributory pension , Private healthcare (discounted for family).
Share options and share save scheme (maximum government restricted input £250 per month).
Accident, Death in Service and Sick pay.
Car ownership scheme, cash allowance to purchase own or can lease via GSK finance - scheme allows more choice.

Person Profil

All territories will accept trainees who can demonstrate the following:

· Intellectual ability - Ability to learn, assimilate and articulate detailed product and therapeutic area knowledge. Also ability to review complex data and rapidly discern key issues and structure a logical argument / plan of action.

· Sales ability/ persuasiveness - the ability to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service or product by using appropriate interpersonal styles and presenting credible and logical arguments leading to a change in behaviour

· Communication - expressing ideas effectively in individual, group or formal situations (inc non verbal) and flexing to meet needs of audience. Includes interpersonal skills i.e. an ability to build rapport with a range of personality types

· Teamwork - working effectively with others to achieve common objectives and helping to sustain the roles & responsibilities of the team

· Problem Solving - e.g. have a business or customer issue and are able to work to resolution creatively

· Drive to succeed - is naturally competitive focussing on exceeding goals to achieve superior overall results

· Personal Accountability & Initiative - a high level independence in a remote working environment combined with being pro-active, going beyond what is required to achieve your goals

· Motivational fit - the extent to which one derives personal satisfaction & fulfilment from one's job responsibilities

· Judgement with Integrity - taking action which is consistent with both available facts, constraints and probable consequences including taking into account Company reputation and ethics/values, even when it is difficult to do so
