The Background

This was a new client, already established in healthcare - mutual client recommended.

Our client has an established foothold in 3D imaging devices within the Human Healthcare market. Their R&D division had successfully developed and launched their portfolio of bespoke products into the Animal Health market.


The Challenge

Our client required a dedicated Commercial manager to build up the Veterinary distributor network. They were open to profiles and experience from Europe but based in the UK.


This project was working in tandem with the Managing Director for this Senior Executive hire.


Waheeda's Solution

After agreeing on a retainer fee structure with the client, Zenopa received detailed instruction from both parties of their expectations via video meetings to understand the requirements of the hire. Zenopa confirmed with the client the communication strategy and utilised multiple channels to identify and engage with relevant candidates. Zenopa presented a long list of candidates to the client to show transparency and highlight the candidate experience.


Once identifying the suitable candidates, Zenopa received agreements of an NDA before carrying out initial interviews, which included directed questions agreed with the client.


Zenopa then put together a shortlist of candidates that were selected for interviews.


The Result


A preferred candidate was identified and offered. We managed the interview process to the offer stage, then managed the offer closing and rejection of other candidates.
