The Background

Our client was recommended to use Zenopa Recruitment by one of their employees because the service we provided to him when he was our candidate was so efficient that when his company then wanted to up-scale, Zenopa came to mind. Our client is a third-party organisation that buy refurbish and then sell old equipment, including Chromatography instruments, using a mass spec technique. They are 45-50 employees large.

The candidate pool fell very short for this role, particularly with the salary being under the average rate.
