Firstkind are a small innovative Medical Device business were entering a new phase of development, and approached Zenopa to help them implement a new structure within their marketing department.

The Challenge:
The Marketing and Communications Vice President needed to hire and entirely new marketing team in very quick succession (within 1 month of each other) and a further 2 roles were needing Maternity cover.
Firstkind were looking for candidates who were prepared to take on a ‘hands on’ approach and take ownership of their role, but they also needed to be open to contractual positions. The roles were to be based at Firstkind’s head office making a team fit imperative.

The Solution:
With such a tight time scale to work to, it was imperative for Zenopa to make a plan and stick to it, in order to deliver the brief on time. One to one interviews took place firstly with Zenopa, with second interviews undertaken with the Marketing and Communication Vice President and other directors within Firstkind. Candidates that had been shortlisted were comprehensively discussed with feedback taken, and jobs were offered to successful candidates immediately after the interview had taken place.

The Result:
Firstkind were happy to trust Zenopa’s Medical Device consultants to source the very best candidate matches for the roles. As a result, all roles were recruited for within the time frame set out and the brief was hit to a more than satisfactory level.
