Business Development Executive role!

£25,000-35,000 base salary + commission structure

Zenopa are partnering with one of the UKs leading full-service healthcare marketing agencies. The agency utilise their market insights to deliver innovative solutions to the communities within healthcare. It would be your role to work on complex and multi-media projects which clients of all sizes across the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors. You would be communicating with medical experts and strategically pairing their needs with the clients award winning offerings.

The role has a split of Business Development and servicing existing accounts.

The role is flexible in terms of locations, its hybrid role with a minimum of 1 day a week in their London office, their may also be other travel on occasion.


Role Overview

Identify prospects in the allocated territory
Grow and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
•  Present, promote and sell existing and new services
•  Managing and servicing your allocated accounts ensuring that they are constantly aware of our new and existing services
•  Represent the client at key industry events both physically and virtually
•  Learn about the industry and help develop new products and services
•  Maximise revenue
•  Work with and support your colleagues
•  Conduct regular market research/competitor analysis
•  Maintaining accurate and reliable use of the internal IT and CRM systems for data capture and workflow management
•  Maintain knowledge of relevant data regulations including GDPR and ABPI in line with company policies


Person Specification

Self-motivated, curious, determined to succeed, keen to continue growing their knowledge of the sector through client interaction. Someone who is enthusiastic and always looking to improve.
This is a great oppourtunity for someone early on in their sales career who is looking to take a step up. Ideally you would have some experience in pharma but this is not essential.
This role has been created to help facilitate the growth across our secondary care platforms Hospital Healthcare Europe and Hospital Pharmacy Europe.
