NURSE ADVISOR: Personal Care Division

TERRITORY: West Scotland

Reporting to: Sales Manager

PRODUCTS: Personal Hygiene Products
CUSTOMERS: Internal - Home Delivery Business Unit, Direct Business Unit, Sales Support Unit, Regional Managers, Account Managers, Customer Services Departments, IT Department.
External - Customers and patients.

Main Tasks

Full understanding and implementation of company’s sales processes and the TENA services methodology
Customer categorisation
Customer Contact plan
Business plan
Assess and agree education needs of customers and develop training package as part of the Joint Action Plan for each account
Understanding and utilisation of TENA Services
Competitor knowledge
Product conversions


Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
Possible bonus - 15%

Person Profil

MUST BE RGN with around two year's post qualification experience with ENB978 (Teaching of Continence and the Management of Incontinence) or ENB998 (Teaching and Assessing in Clinical Practice)
