PRODUCTS: Modern and Traditional woundcare.

CLIENTS: Hospital and Community clients - TVN's, District Nurses, Procurement

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Basic Function: to identify, develop and maintain business with customers and prospects within Hospitals and Community sectors with the objective of developing a High Company and product profile throughout the Territory and to achieve sales target.

To provide regular systematic coverage of all relevant NHS Trust & Private Hospitals, Community Healthcare and Pharmacy Market customers throughout the territory.

2. To identify and establish relationships with the budget holders and key decision makers in each actual or potential sales outlet and actively sell to them.

3. To provide a bespoke support package wherever the Company's products are in use.

4. To be competent in portfolio management and to maximise formulary opportunities across the territory.

5. To maintain regular contact with key decision makers working within the Clinical, Procurement, and end user setting.

6. To maintain a forward schedule of appointments with Key Customers that are aligned to the account business plan and objectives.

7. To maintain up to date customer records, and enter all forward planning on the CRM database, and to submit monthly reports on time in accordance with Company policy.

8. To develop your professional sales competence through engaging in on-going training and development.

9. To attend sales meetings, training courses and appraisal meetings with active participation.

10. To communicate with the Regional Sales Manager on all aspects of territory business in line with agreed administration protocols.

11. To behave in a professional and responsible manner at all times in line with the HARTMANN Code of Conduct.

12. To undertake any reasonable task as may be directed by your line manager.
