DIVISION: Elga Process Water

TERRITORY: South UK (Birmingham and below)

PRODUCTS: Pure Water Solutions. Capital equipment used the purification of water in the following areas:
Renal Dialysis
ENT
Endoscopy
Clinical Diagnostics
SSD/ HSDU (Reverse Osmosis)

CLIENT: Hospital Sectors, Infection Control Nurses, (secondary Hospital Engineeers as led by Infection Control).


1.Sales & Customer Service
Ensure sufficient sales activity, territory coverage and future prospect development to achieve individual set financial targets on a quarterly basis. Four working field days per week is expecetd
Prepare proposals and draft sales contracts as required and or in cooperation with commercial & engineering team.
Pipeline value should be x3 times target value for any given period and defined target area
Take the lead in ensuring regular scheduled meetings with existing key customers to review relationship and secure long-standing business.
Maintain good knowledge of competitor strategy and activity
Weekly maintenance and update of current database of clients, prospects, SP, ER, ES and contracts within EPW CRM system.

GENERAL:
To represent EPW in a professional manner at all times.
To comply with all EPW codes of Ethics, Polices and Procedures
To maintain a Customer/Prospect focus and to strive at all times to meet the needs of the Customer/Prospect in line with the objectives and needs as defined by EPW.
To maintain the highest credible image of EPW within the market and territory.
Other tasks and responsibilities as determined by senior management as required.

Person Profil

1. History of good sales performance within the UK Healthcare sector (Infection Control, Dialysis) (NHS & private) - essential
2. Good working knowledge of healthcare decontamination processes and procedures - desirable
3. Technical competence and excellent customer problem solving skill - essential
4. Work must be consistently accurate, timely and complete - essential
5. Very good communication skills are required with the ability to express information in a clear and concise manner. Understanding and use of the English language is required. - essential
6. Experience of working in a large corporate environment - desirable

•Consultative Sales Approach: Able to listen and understand client's needs and develop solutions tailored through engineered systems and or from our standard products portfolio. A business results orientated "can do" approach, matched with excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills.
•Customer Service Mind-set: The role requires a strong customer focus during the sales activity which is full time field based. As such, the individual will need to be flexible at all times and organise and plan resources to meet customer expectation and overall area sales targets and business sector goals.
•Strong Teamwork Ethic: In addition to responsibility and accountability for the sales success within the defined area the individual will be required to be a developed strong team player. Successful interaction with internal colleagues via the EPW matrix structure is vital to ensuring strong collaborative approaches to prospect opportunities
