Territory: Derbyshire, Lincoln, Nottingham, Sheffield

Products:Restoratives, Preventatives, endodontics, hand instruments, Cross infection, whitening and x-ray accessories

Clients: Dental Surgeries

Purpose:

To identify and develop sales opportunities, executing and monitoring activities with Dentsply dealers. Effectively influencing DENTSPLY Dealers, dental schools and institutions, group practices and government facilities in order to ensure sales and revenue targets are met in line with DENTSPLY UK objectives.

Key Duties and responsibilities:

" To grow territory sales from previous years actual targets.
" To attend and contribute to sales cover at required trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and clinical meetings.
" Coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training sessions on all relevant marketing programmes within the territory as required.
" Successfully coordinate and conduct sales calls through the use of "Professional Selling Skills" techniques
" To effectively and professionally present to groups of dental care professionals (DCPs)
" Effective use of consultative skills to discuss the DCPs' business needs and how DENTSPLY's products can fit these.
" Promote the DENTSPLY Academy CE programme to all key customers in a targeted manner following the calendar of events. Ensure proper sales coverage of the event with adequate and targeted product displays.
" Coordinate product training for customers including training and monitoring vendor days with dealers' telesales teams.

Person Profil

Field Sales Experience ESSENTIAL

" Distinguished track record of exceeding sales objectives.
" Organizational ability: planning and execution.
" Strong verbal influencing skills with a good grasp of the Dental industry terminology and environment.
" Develop and maintain good relationships with key personnel including all relevant sales and marketing personnel.
" Confident and professional communicator
" Computer literacy with adept skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; proven ability to work within the LiNX environment.
" Able to travel overnight up to 2 nights per month, mobile,
