Job Title: Marketing Administrator

Location: High Wycombe - Buckinghamshire

This position is to provide general administrative support to the Marketing Director and Marketing Department - Marketing, Brand and Marketing Research Managers.

Overall Purpose of the Role

ADMINSTRATIVE SUPPORT
To provide general administration support with focus on the Marketing Director and Marketing Managers.
To provide support to Brand Managers with Copy Approval, Meetings – as time allows.
Diary Management for Senior Management and Large Meetings.
Arranging all travel requirements – flights, car parking accommodation for Marketing Director.
Arranging and liaising meetings with external agencies, providing relevant information as and when required.
COPY APPROVAL
Copy Approval – creating, tracking and finalising of job bags for Marketing Team – as time allows.
EVENTS ORGANISATION
Arranging all logistics for External Meetings with Customers (ie. Ad Boards, Steering Committees etc.) – requiring Customer interaction, arranging of venues, accommodation, all meeting requirements, travel arrangements, distributing and collating information, being the main point of contact for these events.
MARKETING MATERIALS
Dawsons – checking stock levels and ordering as appropriate, notifying Brand Managers. Providing analysis of stock use.
Providing support to the Brand Managers with regards to promotional items. Providing quotes and samples as requested.
SAP Financial System
Log approved quotes/estimates onto the internal SAP system to generate a PO. PO then forwarded to relevant supplier to quote on invoice.
Check competitive quotes available for items above £2,000.

Person Profil

Requirements / Skills of the Role

Dealing with Confidential Information.
Basic negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Good knowledge of English.
Good telephone manner.

Good IT skills to include Word, Excel, Power Point.
Flexibility of working within admin team, and able to work independently in a proactive working style.
Attention to detail.
