NURSE ADVISOR: Personal Care Division
2 TERRITORIES:
1 x North of Bham to cover West Midlands and M6 Corridor including Cheshire


Reporting to: Sales Manager
PRODUCTS: Personal Hygiene Products - Tena Products
CUSTOMERS: Internal - Home Delivery Business Unit, Direct Business Unit, Sales Support Unit, Regional Managers, Account Managers, Customer Services Departments, IT Department.
External - Customers and patients.
ROLE:
To provide appropriate support for sales function.
Provide product education, tailored to support sales strategy
Actively promote product mix/conversions in line with company/business unit strategy.
Effective management of product evaluations to achieve desired outcomes.
To complete SAM (CRM Tool) to the satisfaction of Sales and Marketing management
Promote product training via appropriate IT tools (Extranet)
To Investigate any user complaints /skin reactions.
Establish and execute a business/ contact plan in line with customer/ business and with sales colleagues.
Ensure that sales opportunities are identified and communicated appropriately.
Co-ownership of account security with sales colleagues.
PFI objectives achieved
Individual targets/ plans
Won/ Lost accounts
Maintenance of company databases (SAM)




Job-Paket

Basic salary negotiable depending on experience + 15% sales bonus, company car/mobile phone/Stakeholder pension/25 day’s holiday per year
