Products: Portfolio of products for the safe containment of sharps waste along with an integrated system for sanitizing the containers for reuse back into healthcare facilities

Role:
The successful candidate will be expected to display a successful track record of growing sales within a similar environment and be able to work towards, and achieve strategic and financial objectives.

The UK Sales Manager places strong emphasis on the formulation and attainment of the ongoing Key Performance Indicators related to financial and strategic objectives of the said sales territory.

It is essential therefore, that the candidate will possess a good understanding of the changing dynamics of the UK health service and the ability to work closely with senior managers of the company, as well as other sales persons within the team, to facilitate formulation of successful strategies for continual growth achievement.

The company has installed a "Salesforce .Com" Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System that shall be managed on a daily basis by the successful candidate. He/she will be required to maintain, validate and expand the customer database, pipeline management system, contact history and provide forecasting reports when requested by management..

Person Profil

The successful candidate shall possess a minimum of 3 years experience of selling capital equipment and/or disposable products and services to UK NHS Secondary Care (acute Hospital Trusts), dealing with clinical working groups at senior level. Specifically, he/she must have dealt extensively with infection control, estates management and procurement groups.

The ability to understand and confidently present technical and scientific information and statistics is an essential prerequisite for the role.
