Previous job - GP Representative

TERRITORY - Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire

CLIENTS - Primary Healthcare.

PRODUCTS -ARCOXIA, SINGULAIR, GARDASIL

ROLE - Seven representatives work each territory and the company use a system of zoning and target GPs. The target GP lists are H.O. originated, however can be amended to reflect what is happening at ground level. All seven representatives sit down and plan their action. They use laptops with email facility, voicemails, shared diaries and shared records. The representatives log on everyday to upload and download information.

Job-Paket

Basic salary - Negotiable depending on experience
(Reviews are performance based - 2 appraisals per year - individual and team ratings.)
Benefits - Product based bonus (Average £2/3,000, top performers c.£12,000 paid qtrly),

Pension - employee 3.5% then 5.5% at higher income -employer 15.4%

Person Profil

Trainee or experienced pharmaceutical sales representative

TRAINEE:
2:2 Graduate or above, or equivalent qualification (e..g. RGN). Ideally with a years work experience within a commercial field.

EXPERIENCED
Non-ethical pharmaceutical experience see trainee.
Up to 18 months pharmaceutical experience, same profile as trainee
Over 18 months experience MUST have ABPI
Over 3 years experience, track record supercedes acedemic qualifications

Interview-Prozess

1st INTERVIEW:
One on one with the Regional Business Manager

2nd INTERVIEW:
With HR Officer - includes 10 minute presentation
